Mother, Photographer, Artist. I have many titles. The role that truly makes me who I am is mother. As of December of 2018, I became a mother and it is the most exciting and important thing I have ever done. My son has increased my love of photography as every picture I take for someone becomes so much more - a memory, something they will look back at and cherish the way I cherish every single picture I have taken of my incredibly cute and fast growing baby. Memories are precious and having a picture of your memory is even better.
I've been an artist since I was a small child. I watercolor paint and tried my hand at an Etsy shop. A camera became my preferred artistic tool when I was 18, and I am now 37. I studied Commercial Photography in college and it gave me the skill and confidence to pursue wedding and portrait photography.
When I photograph people, I strive to produce portraits that let my subject's personality shine through. I want to give people REAL moments and images that show emotion. I am a huge fan of natural light and candids. I am guaranteed to bust a move at your wedding if you’ll have me :)
